• Super Plus (12-15g absorbency): Designed for heavy flow days.

Natracare tampons are available in two options:

• Applicator Tampons: Feature a biodegradable cardboard applicator with a smooth, rounded tip for easy insertion.

Suggested Use:

• Insertion:
  • For applicator tampons: Gently insert the applicator tip at the vaginal opening and push the inner tube to release the tampon.
  • For non-applicator tampons: With clean hands, unwrap the tampon, pull the string firmly, and insert using your finger.
• Choose the lowest absorbency necessary for your flow.
• Change your tampon every 4-6 hours or as needed.
• Avoid using tampons overnight; consider switching to pads during sleep.
