Ingredients:

Suggested Use:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
2. Fill the neti pot with 240 mL (8 fl oz) of lukewarm distilled, filtered, or previously boiled and cooled water.
3. Add the recommended amount of neti salt to the water and mix until dissolved.
4. Stand over a sink, tilt your head to one side, and gently insert the spout into the upper nostril.
5. Allow the solution to flow through the nasal passages and out the opposite nostril.
6. Repeat on the other side.
