Shipping and Returns Policy
Order Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt, from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed between 2 PM and 3 PM on Saturdays will be processed the following Tuesday. For curbside or in-store pickup, please contact us at 1-833-292-3047.
Shipping Carriers
We ship anywhere in the United States using the following carriers:
- United States Postal Service (USPS) via Parcel Post (Secured)
- FedEx
- UPS
You can select your preferred shipping carrier during checkout.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your products and your delivery location. Before completing your order, the shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. You’ll have the option to cancel your order if you choose not to proceed.
Back Orders
If an item is on backorder, we will ship the available items immediately. The backordered item(s) will be shipped separately once restocked, at no additional shipping cost to you.
Returns Policy
You can return an item within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. The refund will be processed according to your card issuer’s policies and may take a few days to reflect.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
